Imagine that you work for an organization that is planning to expand internationally, and you have been asked to discuss this possibility with the management team of the department for which you currently work. For this assignment, you will create a PowerPoint presentation in which you begin by discussing the benefits and risks involved in outsourcing labor to foreign entities. Following this, you will identify each of the management functions discussed in this unit and describe how each function can be used by department leadership to prepare team members within the department for the possibility of working with individuals from overseas.

Your presentation should consist of at least 10 slides. This count does not include your title slide or reference slide(s). You should include speaker notes within your presentation, and you should use at least two scholarly resources, one of which should come from the CSU Online Library. Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment.
